Walter Dean Myers is the critically acclaimed author of Monster, winner of the first Michael L. Printz Award; Bad Boy: A Memoir; Patrol: An American Soldier in Vietnam, winner of the Jane Addams Children’s Book Award; Game; The Harlem Hellfighters: When Pride Met Courage; Ida B.
